Payment and Billing
For Tier Memberships, payment is due monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you authorize Swagscale to charge your selected payment method.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are not allowed for monthly or annual memberships unless we do free trials. Memberships can be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing cycle.
